The chalet is located in La Chapelle d'Abondance in the Valley in France and Switzerland.
The 'Portes du Soleil' is the largest ski area in the world with 650 km of downhill ski runs and its famous cross-country ski course, as well as 800 km of hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and ten high altitude lakes.
Modern lifts facilitate access for the disabled.
New walking path in the whole valley accessible directly from the chalet grounds, suitable for wheelchairs.
With its large number of deciduous trees, it is also a region to enjoy the four seasons.
Lake Geneva is half an hour away, the summer ski slopes (glacier) an hour away.

The Geneva airport is at 65 km. (include EasyJet flights).
From the TGV station of Thonon-les-Bains or Evian.
By car from Thonon and Evian, or the highway through Switzerland to Chatel.
The regional bus and the ski bus which serves all the resorts in the valley have a stop at the chalet.
